● Returning an Item: ○ Damaged/Defective/Missing Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please record a video while opening the parcel that clearly shows the damage, defect, or missing product, along with the box label. Send this video to our customer care WhatsApp number (+91 8610397602) within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll process your full refund within 24 hours of receiving the video evidence. 

○ Change of Mind: If you simply don't like the product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please inform our customer care team via WhatsApp (+91 8610397602) before returning the item. Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will process a refund for the product value within 24 hours of receiving your return.
